From fitness and wellness classes, to hobbies and clubs, our schedule is packed with opportunities for everyone to engage, learn, and connect. Pilates classes focus on building muscle tone. Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture.

Box FitAdapted class, workout for arms, legs, and core. Class attendees have included wheelchair users, people with MS, older people and people recovering from injury to rebuild strength.£7.00
Chair YogaAccessible yoga - adapted yoga which allows you to stay seated. Great for improving balance and building strength. Supported with chairs, run by Carmen£7.00
Tai ChiSlow, intentional movements - gentle exercise great for mind, body and soul.£7.00

Support & Wellbeing

Carers FirstIf you're an unpaid carer, aged 18 and over, supporting someone in Essex, we’re here to help with advice, as well as practical and emotional support. 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of the month
