Timetable August 2022

WHAT’S NEW:

• Early Morning Classes – yoga and pilates
• Carers Support Group – 16th August 2022, 10.30-12.30pm (3rd Tuesday of each month) at Days at the Haven
• Hartbeep sessions at Days at the Haven – 19^th August 

We are also thrilled to announce we have a new Art Club starting on Wednesdays – updated timetable pending. We currently have two dates; Wednesday 3^rd August and Wednesday 17^th August, 1.30-3.30pm.  The class costs just £5 a session, which must be paid in advance by emailing bookings@acsos.co.uk, calling 01702 345 373 or booking at the Hub reception. Classes include Watercolours, Acrylics, Pastels or Oils and guidance is provided by the Artist to create whatever you choose.
