Volunteering 2023 at Age Concern Southend

Setting a New Year’s resolution? Do you want to learn a new skill this year, make friends, support a charity, help the elderly, work with the community to make a difference? If yes, then volunteering at Age Concern Southend is the answer!

We couldn’t do any of the work we do without the continued support from our family of volunteers. We have a number of opportunities available from office admin support, ad-hoc event stewarding, fundraising, befriending, transport and helping within our Dementia Day Care Service – Days at the Haven. We can work around you and the time you can give and will provide full support in any role.

By volunteering you will be a part of something special and help us to enrich and improve the lives and support of Southend’s elderly residents.
