Young volunteer raises £200 with handmade bracelets for charity

We have some fabulous volunteers and supporters at Age Concern Southend, and none more special that Rebecca, who is the daughter of our Days at the Haven Supervisor.

Since a young age, Rebecca has helped the charity, supporting her mother, at a number of charity events – helping with raffle and tombola stalls and also frequently visiting our clients in the Day Care Centre. Rebecca has also been supported by her lovely grandparents and other young friends with her efforts for the charity – all of whom have been invaluable help. THANK YOU.

Most recently, Rebecca has been making bracelets to sell to family and friends, with proceeds going to Age Concern Southend. In total, she has raised over £200 for us now.

We are incredibly thankful for her support and all her hard work.
